Eg ABC Financial Services Ltd, Registered Address as above, Registered in England & Wales No. 12345678
If you are a Sole Trader Firm - state this and
1) Input the name of the firms 'Principal' here (unless the name of the firm is simply the name of the Principal)
If you are a Partnership - state this here and:
1) Input the names of all the Partners in your firm here. (if more than 20 call the networks compliance dept for further guidance)
If your firm is a Limited Liability Partnership - state this and
1) Input full Name Of Company
2) Confirm Registered Office Address
3) Confirm Company Registration Number
4) Confirm Country Of Registration
