Sarah is a firm believer in Lifestyle Financial Planning, which means ‘financial planning with an end in mind’. The ‘end’ is all about helping clients get a better life! Sarah believes in taking the time to get to know her clients, their goals and aspirations. Her approach is one of delivering solutions in a clear, understandable way and regularly reviewing these to ensure that things stay on track to meet the clients' goals.
In her spare time Sarah is a keen fund raiser for women’s cancer charities and has ridden 400km across Tanzania, Brazil and Costa Rica raising over £20,000. She is embarking on another trip to Sri Lanka in 2022 for the same causes. She enjoys travel and cooking from all around the world. During the pandemic Sarah has helped support local business’s by providing a take away delivery service for her local micropub and Indian restaurant to help keep the businesses going.

Carmel Burke
Carmel Joined CKI in April 2015 as our Practice Manager. She was a self-employed software trainer and administrator since 2004 and previously employed as an Office Manager in various IFA practices. She has gained a wealth of experience in office procedures and systems which she has brought to CKI. Carmel has been in the financial services industry since 1987.
Carmel is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy & Hypnosis as well as a Spirit Led Reikki Healer. She enjoys expanding her knowledge, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

I started with CKI March 2024. I have been working in client services since 2017. In the last few years, I have worked in the financial services industry, specifically in defined benefit pensions. This has led me to become interested in wealth management and what I can do to help clients move forward with their planning. I am keen to learn all I can.
Away from work, I enjoy getting out in the countryside, whether that is on foot, walking with my other half and our lurcher Spud, or on horseback.
Likes: Travelling. Training for agility with my dog Spud. Hacking around the countryside and anything equestrian-related, really.
Dislikes: Getting up early at the weekends.
